Our
two core categories are premium fresh and fresh speciality
meat and poultry.
Our
philosophy is simple: we work from the product upwards.
So we find a great tasting product first (yes appearance
does matter but our primary focus is always on taste) then
take it forward from there.
So over the years we have established a network of small
exclusive growers and breeders, mostly in Europe, who all
contribute with their respective quality products to our
tantalizing range.

daily throughout the UK with our range of premium produce

speciality potatoes and roots etc…).
