Founded in 1920, LAFITTE has been the ambassador
of the south-west of France cooking for ages. By
using the very highest quality raw products, having
their ducks grown to their own specification by
local farmer in a natural environment (les Landes
Forest), they bring you a delicious taste of traditions.
Ducks are naturally fed and fatten with wholegrain
corn. Their home-made recipes are already appreciated
by the finest "gourmets" all over France
